Terms and Conditions

If you wish the work to be undertaken on a special day – such as Mother’s/Father’s Day, birthdays, etc. – we will endeavour to comply with your request, however the work may be undertaken up to 48 hours in advance of the requested date.

Christmas wreaths will be placed on the grave site between the 1st and the 20th of December. The wreaths will be removed prior to the 1st of February, or by a date in accordance with local cemetery/graveyard rules.

No work will be undertaken on any Bank Holiday.

We reserve the right to refuse to undertake the requested work if the grave is in a dangerous condition. We will photograph the problem and discuss the issues with you. Please be aware that a dangerous memorial must be reported to the local council. If required we can project manage any works required, we only work with qualified tradesmen. All works will be priced and agreed prior to commencement of the remedial work.

The company will take all reasonable steps not to damage the memorial at any time during the cleaning process, but will not be held responsible for any damage that arises during or after the works.

All quoted prices are based on the grave site being within South Yorkshire. For areas in West and North Yorkshire please contact us for a quote.
